What we collect, and why
| What | When | Why | Legal basis |
|---|---|---|---|
| Google Analytics 4: pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser, a cookie identifier | Only after you grant Analytics consent | To measure acquisition, section exposure and consented enquiry or booking outcomes | Your consent |
| Microsoft Clarity: masked session recordings, clicks, scrolling and attention maps | Only with Analytics consent on our public website | To understand navigation and content engagement. Section exposure does not prove reading | Your consent |
| Campaign attribution: first and latest campaign, landing path, referring hostname and consented analytics identifiers | Only with Analytics consent; stored for up to 90 days | To connect content links with accepted enquiries, confirmed bookings and CRM outcomes | Your consent |
| Albacross company identification: business visitor signals using its tracking script | Only with Marketing consent, while an approved trial or subscription is active | To understand which companies may be interested. These signals are separate from confirmed enquiries | Your consent |
| Cloudflare Web Analytics: page views and performance, without cookies | On every visit | To count visits and keep the site fast | Legitimate interest in basic audience measurement |
| Server logs at our host: IP address, requested page, time | On every visit | To deliver the site and protect it from abuse | Legitimate interest in running a secure site |
| Your website address and work email, and whether you opted in to occasional emails | When you request an AI Search Readiness Check | To check the email is real, look up public facts about your company, run the check on your public website and email you the report | Steps taken at your request; your consent for the optional emails |
| Your name, email address, the time you pick and any note you add | When you book a call through the booking page linked from this site | To hold the call and prepare for it | Steps taken at your request before a contract |
| Your email address, name and message | When you email us from a link on this site | To answer you and, if you ask, to prepare a proposal | Steps taken at your request before a contract |
Email links on this site pre-fill a subject line with the page you were on, and a campaign tag if you arrived from one. It tells us which page prompted the enquiry. You can edit or delete it before sending. Booking links carry the same page and campaign tag, so the booking record shows which page you came from.
Apart from the AI Search Readiness Check form, this site has no forms and no user accounts. It loads LinkedIn, Google Ads and Meta advertising tags only after Marketing consent. These tags build visitor audiences for later advertising and measure advertising results. Albacross company identification also requires Marketing consent. Fonts are served from our own domain.
Microsoft Clarity cookies
Clarity loads only after you grant Analytics consent. It can use first-party cookies on our domain and third-party Microsoft cookies, including on .clarity.ms and .bing.com. These cookies use pseudonymous identifiers; they are not anonymous.
| Cookie | Type | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| _clck | First-party | Remembers a Clarity user identifier and site preferences. |
| _clsk | First-party | Groups page views into a session recording. |
| CLID | Third-party | Records when Clarity first encountered the browser across sites using Clarity. |
| MUID | Third-party, including .bing.com and .clarity.ms | Microsoft browser identifier used for analytics, advertising and operational purposes. |
| ANONCHK | Third-party | Checks transfer of MUID to Microsoft's advertising identifier ANID. Microsoft says Clarity does not use ANID and sets this flag to zero. |
| MR | Third-party | Indicates whether to refresh MUID. |
| SM | Third-party | Synchronizes MUID across Microsoft domains. |
| SRM_B | Third-party | Also observed in a live check of this site's Clarity integration. Microsoft's published Clarity cookie list does not describe its purpose. |
We send Clarity advertising-storage consent as denied when Marketing is off.Microsoft describes this as stopping data sharing with Microsoft Ads, rather than suppressing every Microsoft cookie while Analytics is enabled. Third-party cookie availability also depends on your browser settings. See Microsoft's Clarity cookie list.
Withdrawing Analytics consent stops Clarity on this site and removes accessible first-party Clarity cookies. Our site cannot directly delete cookies on Microsoft domains; you can remove those through your browser's cookie settings.
Albacross cookies and data
When enabled with Marketing consent, Albacross Nordic AB uses IP addresses, browser information, page URLs and referrers to identify visiting companies. Its script can also read the company domain from form inputs. Albacross uses this information to improve its company database and intent service, and for company-targeted advertising with third-party data providers. These signals are separate from accepted enquiries and qualified leads.
| Cookie | Domain and purpose | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|
| nQ_cookieId | Our domain: distinguishes browsers. | Up to one year |
| nQ_visitId | Our domain: distinguishes visits. | Up to one year |
These cookie names and lifetimes are described inAlbacross's cookie guidance. Its privacy policy describes its data use and retention separately from the cookie lifetime. Withdrawing Marketing consent stops the script and removes accessible Albacross cookies. We do not enable automated outreach or paid contact enrichment through this website.
Advertising cookies and audiences
Only with Marketing consent, LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company, Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC, and Meta Platforms Ireland Limited receive browser identifiers, IP addresses, device information and the public pages you visit. They can associate this activity with their users to build audiences and measure advertising. Audience membership is pseudonymous and does not identify every visitor. We do not send form names, email addresses, submitted websites or free-text answers to these advertising tags. Automatic advanced matching is disabled. Google and Meta automatic form tracking are disabled. LinkedIn's Insight Tag automatically collects website actions, including page visits, button clicks and form-submission actions, and limited page or button information. These actions do not mean that a request was accepted or a lead was qualified.
| Vendor and cookies | Purpose | Typical lifetime |
|---|---|---|
| Meta: _fbp, _fbc on our domain; fr on Meta domains | Browser and advertising-click identifiers for measurement and audience matching. | Up to 90 days |
| Google: _gcl_au, _gcl_aw and related _gcl_ cookies on our domain; IDE and test_cookie on DoubleClick domains | Advertising attribution, audience matching and cookie availability. | Usually 90 days for first-party advertising cookies; IDE up to 13 months in the EEA; test_cookie 15 minutes |

Cookie availability and lifetime depend on vendor configuration, region and browser settings. See Meta's cookie policy,Google's advertising cookie informationand LinkedIn's cookie table. Withdrawing Marketing consent stops these tags, removes accessible first-party advertising cookies and reloads the page. Our website cannot delete third-party cookies on vendor domains; you can remove them in your browser settings. Previously collected data is governed by each vendor's privacy and deletion policies.
Your analytics choice
Choose Accept all, Reject optional or Customize. Analytics and Marketing are independent; necessary storage keeps the site and your preferences working. A versioned preference cookie lasts six months and is shared across gotomoney.io, www.gotomoney.io and cal.gotomoney.io. Preview sites keep separate preferences. We ask again when purposes or vendors change. You can change your choice with the Cookies link. Withdrawal removes accessible optional cookies and campaign storage, revokes the booking attribution token and reloads the page to unload the affected scripts. It does not delete historical records automatically; contact us to exercise your rights. Enquiry forms and bookings work without optional consent.

How long we keep it
Consent preferences expire after six months. Consented campaign attribution and booking handoff attribution expire after 90 days; identifiers are removed when this period ends. Analytics and recording data are kept for the retention period set in each service. Emails, bookings and enquiry records are kept for as long as we are in contact and afterwards for as long as business and tax records must be kept. Ask us to delete your enquiry and we will, unless the law requires us to keep it.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, ask us to restrict its use, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and receive your data in a portable format. Where processing rests on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Write to[email protected]. We answer within one month. You also have the right to complain to the data protection authority in your country.
